Stoneycroft Planning & Development Ltd was established by Mike Harris, who has spent 24 years in the field of Town & Country Planning in both the public and private sectors. With 14 years’ experience as a Conservation Officer in various Local Authorities in Shropshire, Worcestershire and Hertfordshire, he is well acquainted with all the issues usually arising from developing within the heritage context, both urban and rural.
